We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN) to join our team. As an Registered Nurse at St Andrews, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the health and well‑being of our residents.

• Assess and monitor residents' health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide wound care and other nursing procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other support staff.
