Inside Sales and Customer Service–
Full Time (Hawthorne, CA)
Role:
- Consult with current and prospective clients
- Answer questions and provide guidance to help clients achieve their goals
- Book appointments and manage car drop-offs and pickups
- Process and manage orders with internal teams and systems
- Proactively update customers with information for their orders
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and desire to provide excellent customer service
- Strong automotive background (career or personal)
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and internet
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Valid CA Driver’s license with a clean record
