Preschool Floater Teacher

Humble Hearts Academy Preschool & Infant Center is looking for a passionate Teacher to join our incredible team.

We have both part-time and full-time positions open, Your hours would be anywhere between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING:

Create and deliver lesson plans, implement school curriculum, and assess developmental needs of students.

Maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment.

Communicate positively with students, parents and staff.

Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and collective/individual interest of its staff and student body.

Serve and monitor meals

Assist children with personal needs such as diaper changing, potty training, hand washing

Supervise children during nap time

Assisting with any duties as needed by the program such as dishes, cleaning, and laundry

WHAT’S

REQUIRED:

Pass a background check

Up to date on immunizations

Negative TB test

High School diploma required. AA in Early Childhood Education preferred.

12 ECE units OR minimum of 6 ECE units and currently enrolled in ECE courses

Must be willing to change diapers and potty train

Ability to stand up and sit on the ground for extended periods of time

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
