This position would operate from the Hawthorne, CA area; within a short drive of the endless “hot spots” and exciting attractions located in Los Angeles.
The Finance/ Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for:- Assisting in the management of all accounting related functions including:
Payroll
, Invoicing,
Credit
, Collections,
Monthly Commission Calculations
, Audits, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
. - Some minor HR responsibilities including:
Assist with All Aspects of Onboarding/ Off Boarding
, Anniversaries, Assisting with Time Clock Management, Maintaining Employee Review Forms
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a finance role
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems – preferable Sage
- Experience working with multiple currencies/ countries simultaneously is a MAJOR PLUS
- Finance/ HR responsibilities from a consumer goods environment is a MUST
