Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to oversee the complete general ledger cycle for specific divisions. This role involves close collaboration with the Shared Services team and various departments, including Executive, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Senior Management/Operations. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $85,000 to $110,000 per year.

• Ensure accurate financial reporting, including payroll and benefits coding for all US entities.
• Manage general ledger activities.
• Prepare monthly schedules for interim and year-end external audits.
• Perform SOX testing and assist external and internal auditors with audit requests.
• Implement and instruct on the new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Review detailed analyses of fixed asset general ledger accounts and depreciation expenditure on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Prepare quarterly balance sheet schedules for management.

• B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Receivable.
• Proficiency in financial software applications (Microsoft D365, Navision).
• Excellent decision-making, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle daily responsibilities with minimal direction.
