Licensed Esthetician – South Bay (Equinox)

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic licensed estheticians to join our upscale spa in South Bay. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing, dynamic organization and potentially advance into management.

• Analyze, consult, and perform facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting.
• Direct all efforts toward member satisfaction.
• Possibility for growth into management within the company.

• Possess a valid esthetician license.
• Minimum of one year of salon or spa experience.
• Specific training in facial and body waxing.
• Ability to handle clients in difficult situations.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly, with passion, intelligence, and knowledge of the fitness industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
• Computer literate.

Session rate: $49.40‑$76/session; non‑session work: $17.87/hour (incentive pay available based on services performed).
