As an SLPA, you'll work with a diverse group of children, from birth to 21 years old, tailoring treatments to meet their individual needs under the supervision of an experienced SLP. You will have the flexibility of one-on-one sessions, making a real impact on each child's care plan. Our dynamic team includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, developmental interventionists, and early intervention specialists, offering endless collaboration opportunities to support a holistic approach that drives success for every patient.

What You Will Need
- Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Assistant Program
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLPA
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality care
- A desire for continuous learning and growth
- 2-3 years of experience as an SLPA (pediatrics preferred)
- Strong communication skills, self-control, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Willingness to collaborate across divisions for schedule planning, referral development, and a holistic approach to therapy
