Hawthorne Foundation Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for Day Habilitation and IRAs. The role requires a Masters' degree in Education or Behavior Psychology, and licensure as a BCBA.
You will review assessments, develop and monitor behavior plans, and train staff in ABA techniques. This full-time position may involve late afternoons, evenings, or weekend hours, with responsibilities spanning program placement, Life Plans, and participant safety.
