We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our growing People Operations team. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the tech industry. As a Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top candidates, managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, and contributing to our employer brand.
Employment in this role is contingent on Astrolab being selected as a winner of NASA’s LTVS program.
What you’ll Do:- Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative and effective methods to identify potential candidates
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies - Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting our company culture and values through various channels to attract top talent
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in real‑time in our applicant tracking system (ATS), providing regular reports on recruitment metrics
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a tech start‑up
- 1+ years of experience in a fast‑growing company
- Passion for building teams to solve tough technical challenges
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Work with a team of best‑in‑class engineers building the foundation of planetary surface exploration
