Melton Hospitality Advisors is assisting a forward-thinking hospitality client to identify a Dual General Manager who can lead two hotel properties with vision, energy, and results. This opportunity offers a competitive base salary of $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Our client is committed to rewarding excellence and investing in leadership that drives results.

What Our Client Needs

• A strategic business leader who can oversee all hotel operations—from Front Office to Housekeeping, Food Service, Sales, and Maintenance.

• Implement brand initiatives that exceed guest expectations.

• Recruit, train, and inspire high-performing teams.

• Drive revenue growth while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

• 4+ years of hotel management experience.

• Proven ability to build culture, resolve challenges, and lead with purpose.
