As a CNC Machinist (5-Axis), you’ll operate world-class DMG Mori and Haas multi-axis machines
—post-processing 3D-printed parts for top aerospace, defense, and industrial customers. You’ll join a team pushing the boundaries of machining while developing your own programming and automation skills.

• Set up, run, and operate programs on DMG Mori and Haas CNC machines for complex precision parts
• Execute machining operations from blueprints, drawings, and schematics under tight tolerances
• Perform on-machine and manual deburring and part finishing
• Inspect parts using on-machine probing and manual precision tools (micrometers, thread gauges, indicators)
• Handle routine machine maintenance and cutting-fluid management
• Participate in process-improvement projects to increase throughput and efficiency

• 5+ years of CNC machine setup and operation experience
• Proficiency machining aluminum, stainless, titanium, or Inconel
• Experience with 5-axis DMG Mori machines
• Ability to read blueprints and part drawings

• Familiarity with Siemens controls
• CNC programming experience and fixture design knowledge
• Experience machining metal 3D-printed parts
• NTMA machinist certification (or equivalent)
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and CMMs
• Ability to operate cranes, forklifts, and shop equipment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
