Job SummaryTeledyne Relays is committed to innovation and quality. As an experienced assembler in the Coax Switch Department, you will perform precision assembly, adjustment, and testing of coaxial switches following applicable procedures.
Responsibilities- Execute precision assembly operations, including adjustment and testing of Coax Switches.
- Operate a microscope for detailed assembly work.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate within a team environment.
- Perform semi‑routine assignments under general and detailed instructions.
- Conduct visual inspection of solder joints, wiring, and staking to IPC J‑STD‑001 standards.
- High School Diploma preferred; GED acceptable.
- 2‑4 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- • Assembly of small components with a microscope
- • Adjustment of relays or switches
- • Testing of relays or switches
- • Reading blueprints and technical documents
- • Current or prior IPC J‑STD‑001 Inspector (CIS) certification up to Space level preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in following written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions and assisting in problem‑solving.
All candidates must complete a satisfactory background check and pass a drug screen before employment. Successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizen, US National, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).
Salary Range$37,200.00 – $49,600.00
Pay TransparencySalary range is an estimate and final compensation will be based on location, education, experience, skills, and position type.
