Mt. Grant General Hospital is accepting applications for position of full-time LPN in our Skilled Nursing Facility. Under the direction of the DON, the LPN performs direct resident care tasks within the objectives, standards, and policies of the Acute and Lefa L Seran Skilled Nursing departments and within the parameters of their scope of practice. Acts in a role of charge nurse to CNA and Observation staff.

Responsible for patient care tasks in the scope of practice, giving direction to staff and taking report from other nurses. Candidates should be interested in skilled patient care and prioritize teamwork in the facility. The LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for carrying out job tasks in alignment with the Hospitals Mission, Vision, and Values.

SNF day shift 6:00pm-6:30am & SNF Night Shift 6:00pm – 6:30am Nurse Rotation

Every other weekend off

Possess and maintain a current LPN license in the State of Nevada or Active LPN/LVN License that can be transferred to Nevada AND

Maintain current certification in CPR and participate in annual mandatory training AND

Per NRS 449.179 and NRS 200.5091, successful applicant(s) must pass required state and federal background checks.
