What You’ll Do:- Attend open homes, inspections, and property viewings on behalf of the Buyer’s Agent
- Conduct building, pest, and settlement inspections
- Assist with sourcing properties and coordinating related tasks
- Support new client onboarding and guide clients through the sign-up process
- Manage phone and email communications professionally
- Oversee operational tasks to improve team efficiency and workflow
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident and professional in client-facing interactions
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Able to juggle multiple in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in property, real estate, or client support is highly desirable
- Must hold a real estate qualification
- Work with a respected and successful Buyer’s Agency
- Enjoy a varied role with both office-based and out-of-office responsibilities
