• Strong customer service/communication and people skills, very genuine personality a must
• Ability to drive revenue from your truck, no ceiling to income
• Valid California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Well groomed, clean cut; visible tattoos must be covered and no facial piercings
• Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

• Drive vehicles to clients' homes each day and perform maintenance or repairs on their plumbing systems
• Give customer choices by offering service, repair or replacement options
• Document all service and recommendations performed using company iPad
• Attend weekly training meetings and continually increase your knowledge of the industry
• Complete all other tasks as per company job description for the position
• Keep vehicle neat and always organized

• Working inside and outside homes, on roofs, under houses, in attics, garages, crawlspaces, etc.
• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear regularly
• Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Frequent standing, squatting, lifting and moving objects 10–75 pounds
• Occasional need to ascend and descend ladders and maintain balance
