The Install Carpenter/Install Apprentice will deliver and install custom closet systems, wall units, entertainment centers, garage units, home office units, and more. Our installations are high‑end and require precision.

• Build projects accurately and within time and budget specifications.
• Use power tools, power saws, hand tools, dowels, screws, and other fasteners to complete projects.
• Attach specified door pulls and hardware, and hang cabinet doors on frames.
• Install light fixtures such as puck lighting and pole lighting.

• Work experience in cabinetry, woodworking, trim carpentry, or related trade.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately measure and build.
• Very good math and spatial skills.
• Thorough understanding of and ability to operate a variety of basic and complex tools.
• Extremely accurate and detail‑oriented.
• Must be neat, as you will represent our brand.

• Able to walk, lift 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch.
• Visually inspect and report or correct small defects and/or minor measuring mistakes.
• Able to operate machines, motor vehicles, hand tools, and job‑specific equipment.
• Able to determine the accuracy and thoroughness of work.
• Able to use spoken communication to express or exchange ideas.
• Prolonged periods of standing and building.
• Must be able to bend, squat, reach, stretch, and move to take accurate measurements.
• Visual acuity necessary to measure and assemble units and to read plans.
