Position OverviewThis role is for an experienced Plumber responsible for the installation, diagnosis, repair, and general maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
Schedule- Monday – Friday, 5 AM – 1:30 PM
- Monday – Friday, 3 PM – 11:30 PM
$35 – $39 per hour
Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, fittings, drainage systems, sewer systems, and appliances.
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools, including jet machines, power cutters, and threaders.
- Perform drain maintenance using snakes, augers, and hydrojetters.
- Document work orders and maintenance activities in the ticketing system.
- Perform appliance repairs as directed.
- Conduct End‑of‑Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Adhere to client safety regulations, legal restrictions, and building codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience preferred;
Journeyman/Apprentice level candidates are preferred. - Proficiency in English is highly recommended, though not mandatory.
- Open availability for overtime, schedule adjustments, and holiday work.
- The position requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Regular use of hand tools, power tools, and ladders is required.
- Ability to work in cramped spaces or at heights.
- Good vision and depth perception are required.

- Must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I‑9 and E‑Verify process.
The role operates in commercial buildings and requires the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and exposure to electrical hazards in various settings, including utility rooms, rooftops, and office spaces.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
