Role Summary

The Inventory Clerk will play a key role in managing, tracking, and maintaining Clarapath’s inventory of components, assemblies, and finished products for Section Star™, our advanced electro-mechanical medical device. This position is essential for supporting accurate stock control, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization, ensuring that production and engineering teams have the materials they need when they need them. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in inventory management principles, be comfortable using inventory software and tracking systems, and possess excellent organizational skills.

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that accurate inventory management is critical to the smooth operation and success of Clarapath’s manufacturing process.

Responsibilities
  • Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records using inventory management systems.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Receive and store incoming materials and components
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipping.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support material need
  • Ensure proper labeling, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse and storage areas
  • Assist with shipping and receiving documentation
  • Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS experience, a plus)
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely (up to ~50 lbs)
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, databases)
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
