• Vet and ensure quality assurance of expert profiles sourced by Analysts
• Run daily team huddles to evaluate project status and progress toward goals
• Coach Analysts and provide guidance on project work and sourcing strategies

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in project management or a related field
• Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative inputs for decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with a track record of identifying and seizing opportunities

• Experience in market intelligence, research, or consulting
• Familiarity with tools like Alpha Sense and Tableau
• Background in sectors such as Healthcare, CPG, or Financial Services
• Previous coaching or mentoring experience
