• Own and continuously improve the Account Manager onboarding and ramp programs
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires
• Collaborate with Customer Success Leadership to define success metrics and performance expectations
• Develop role‑specific content, certifications, and learning paths for different AM segments
• Provide coaching and support to reinforce key skills and drive early success

• Proven experience in sales enablement or training roles
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding cohorts
• Effective communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly
• Ability to analyze performance data and iterate on training programs
• Experience in coaching or mentoring sales professionals

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with AI-driven technology and market intelligence tools
• Background in designing training programs or educational content
• Skills in using data analytics tools to measure training effectiveness
• Passion for employee development and engagement initiatives
