We are a well-established law firm in New Jersey seeking a Legal Secretary with at least 5 years of litigation experience to support two attorneys in a fast-paced, professional environment.

• Manage litigation calendars and deadlines for two attorneys
• Format and edit legal documents, including table of contents and enclosure letters
• Handle NJ e-filing with precision and efficiency
• Work independently with minimal supervision (support available when needed)
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience
• Proficiency in NJ e-filing systems is required
• Strong skills in document formatting, editing, and legal correspondence
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Competitive salary range: $50,000-$55,000
