We are seeking team members to work in food production. Team members will be responsible for prepping ingredients that will be used for daily production, mixing and baking, and product packaging for shipping. It is also the team member's responsibility to ensure good product quality. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. This will be a good opportunity to gain experience and learn about the fundamentals in a food operation.

• Maintaining safety standards such as wearing protective gear such as hair nets, face coverings and masks when working with machinery or in hazardous environments.
• Performing sanitation tasks such as cleaning equipment, utensils, and surfaces using cleaning chemicals or other detergents.
• Mixing ingredients to create new products or improve existing ones.
• Storing food items in refrigerators or freezers to maintain freshness until they are used.
• Marking food products with expiration dates or other labels such as lot # and suppliers.
• Operating machines such as mixers, immersion blenders and packaging machines.
• Review production schedules to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake and assemble supplies and equipment needed for daily baking activities.
• Ability to lift regularly and repeatedly and carry bags & boxes of ingredients up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet walking and standing for the entire shift. (8 hours)
• Lift 26 lb. buckets full of ingredients to load mixers.
• Bending down to lift boxes, bags or trays
• Ability to push/pull a cart or rack with up to 350 lbs. on it.
• Work independently and closely with others.
• Operate ovens, mixers and other machinery safely.
• Wash utensils, bins, trays and equipment.
• Maintain a clean work area always.
• Complete production sheet with final yields and equipment used for shift.
• Abide by all safety rules, regulations and policies.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
