Responsibilities include servicing commercial and residential heating and air conditioning systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, furnaces, mini-splits, and related HVAC equipment.
Daily duties include performing routine maintenance, replacing air filters, diagnosing electrical and mechanical problems, replacing defective components, and performing basic sheet metal fabrication and ductwork installation as needed.
