Position: Fixed Wireless Project Manager at Xplore
Join Xplore Inc. as a Fixed Wireless Construction Manager and manage critical telecommunications projects. Oversee operations and ensure the team meets all construction standards.

In this position, the Fixed Wireless Construction Manager will collaborate with various teams to effectively manage construction operations. You'll supervise subcontractors, handle bid preparations, and troubleshoot challenges on site. Overnight travel and adaptability are key aspects of this role to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and schedule deliverables with project management teams

• Inspect contractor work for compliance with relevant standards

• Produce and analyze Request for Quote bid packages

• Manage change orders and maintain clear documentation

• Host meetings to produce method of procedure documents

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in telecommunications construction

• Experience with vendor and general contractor collaboration

• Understanding of wireless network requirements

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents

• Completion of a relevant diploma or degree
