Construction Laborer

We are looking for an engaged Construction Laborer to assist with various tasks on construction sites. This full-time role includes preparing job sites, operating tools safely, and collaborating with skilled tradespeople. Ideal candidates will have physical stamina and a strong willingness to learn new skills while respecting safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with job site preparation and cleaning

• Load and unload materials and construction equipment

• Operate hand tools and power tools effectively

• Help assemble and disassemble scaffolding as required

• Maintain safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail regarding safety

• Previous construction experience preferred but not necessary

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

• Driver's license is required for all tasks

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
