QA Automation Engineer (Bilingual ENGLISH & FRENCH)

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer (Full-Time) to support an ongoing Genesys Cloud implementation for the CCaaS program
. You will play a key role in automating tests across voice, IVR, and digital channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Bilingual (English & French): Able to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages

• Strong experience with QA automation
• Hands-on experience with:
• Selenium
• Karate
• Experience with IVR testing
• Experience supporting cloud contact center platforms (asset)

• Experience with Genesys Cloud
• Telecom or CCaaS background
• Performance and load testing exposure

• Build, enhance, and maintain automated test frameworks
• Automate test cases across IVR, voice, and digital channels
• Validate customer journeys within the Genesys Cloud platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution
• Contribute to release readiness, regression cycles, and test planning
