Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow modeling to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with business users to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Use Cases.
  • Support the development of test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating requirements and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure clear communication and solution alignment.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support change management initiatives by preparing training materials and documentation.
Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, SDLC, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Experience in preparing requirements documentation, user stories, and process diagrams (BPMN, UML).
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis using Excel, SQL, or Power BI/Tableau.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
