As a member of the Supply Chain Management team, you will focus on procuring materials, preparing bids, and maintaining supplier relationships. Candidates must have at least five years of purchasing experience and relevant qualifications. Skills in economic analysis and vendor negotiation are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Procure materials by soliciting and reviewing supplier bids
• Maintain and track purchase orders across departments
• Liaise with customers regarding order specifications
• Evaluate transportation methods for cost-effectiveness
• Oversee proposals and contracts through detailed documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
• At least five years of experience in purchasing
• Class 5 driver’s license required
• Proficient with purchasing and management software
• Detailed understanding of safety regulations preferred
