Job Description
The Kátł’odeeche First Nation is seeking a Full‑time Outreach Services Worker Trainee to promote and deliver comprehensive information, support, and referral services to victims of crime within the South Slave Region (Kakisa and Fort Resolution).
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Supervisor of the Katlodeeche First Nation Victim Services Program, the Outreach Services Worker will:
- Promote and deliver comprehensive service of information, support and referral to victims of crime within the South Slave Region.
- Knowledge and sensitivity to multicultural issues.
- Class 5 Driver's License.
- Clear Security Clearance from the RCMP.
- Computer skills using Microsoft Office, Outlook Express and other software programs.
- Ability to deal effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Superior communication skills, tact, initiative and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a cross‑cultural environment.
