The Kátł’odeeche First Nation is looking for a passionate individual to join their Victim Services Program. In this trainee role, you will enhance your skills in cultural sensitivity while promoting access to comprehensive services for victims of crime. This position demands strong communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote comprehensive information and support services for victims
• Deliver referrals effectively within the South Slave Region
• Collaborate with the Victim Services Program Supervisor
• Engage with community members from diverse backgrounds
• Uphold confidentiality and sensitivity in all interactions
Requirements:
• Knowledge of multicultural issues and diversity
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Clear Security Clearance from the RCMP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Express
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
