• Collaborate with the CEO, Product Owner, UI/UX designer, and fellow developers to translate requirements into a feature-rich marketplace application.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code using Flutter and Firebase, leveraging the power of these technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology, including exploring opportunities to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance our mobile app development.
• Follow agile methodologies and best development practices such as test-driven development, unit testing, and continuous integration.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, including data hashing and GDPR guidelines.
• Create intuitive dashboards and reports, providing valuable insights to users.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and contribute to the leadership of software development within the team.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proficiency in Agile methodology, with experience working in collaborative team environments.
• Strong expertise in Flutter and Firebase, with a proven track record of developing successful applications.
• Curiosity and interest in leveraging technology, including AI, to enhance mobile app development.
• Solid understanding of best development practices, including test-driven development and continuous integration.
• Familiarity with security standards, such as data hashing and GDPR compliance.
• Experience shipping at least one Flutter app to app stores.
• Demonstrated skill in building intuitive dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead in software development.
