Overview
Stan Craft Companies is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the General Counsel. The role provides high-level administrative and organizational support, cross-functional project coordination, and proactive communication to ensure continuity, efficiency, and confidentiality across fast-paced and highly sensitive matters.
What You’ll Do- Provide advanced confidential administrative support to the General Counsel.
- Draft, edit and format documents including letters, non-disclosure agreements, leases, memos, invoices, reports, presentations, and legal correspondence.
- Take and distribute detailed meeting minutes and follow-up action items; organize and maintain meeting records.
- Support special projects, including real estate development, entity formation, contracts and philanthropic initiatives.
- Manage complex calendars, workflow, schedule meetings, communications, and coordinate across multiple business entities and executive stakeholders.
- Prepare briefing materials for leadership in advance of key projects or meetings.
- Act as a liaison between departments and affiliates; ensure timely communication and action on key initiatives.
- Trace and manage task lists, follow ups, and priorities to support the General Counsel s strategic responsibilities.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with legal, business and personnel matters.
- Identify opportunities for improved systems and workflows; contribute to operational excellence and efficiency.
- Review and prioritize incoming communications for the legal team, summarizing or distributing as appropriate.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Advanced knowledge of office administration, recordkeeping, and clerical systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of related experience supporting executives or legal teams.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
