** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate haul trucks to move aggregate materials safely and efficiently
* Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment readiness
* Communicate with team members to maintain smooth material flow and production goals
* Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
* Assist with other plant operations as needed to support continuous workflow
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and care
* Strong awareness of safety standards and commitment to compliance
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Capability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures is required
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
