Senior Project Manager Freelance Contract Darlington 8-Month Contract (Running until February 2027) Day Rate: £325 - £350 Project Value: £10 Million Build Space is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major modular construction project in Darlington. The project consists of 129 modular units with a total value of £10 million. We are looking for a strong Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally with a background in modular construction, groundworks, and earthworks.

Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for project delivery from groundworks through to completion Manage programme, budget, quality, and health & safety Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders Drive project performance and ensure programme milestones are achieved Lead site teams and maintain high standards throughout the build process Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on projects valued at £10m Strong background in groundworks and earthworks Excellent programme management skills SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates Modular construction experience advantageous but not essential Whats on Offer?
