Rate: £250 - £270 per day (depending on experience)
Duration:
Approximately 30 weeks
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established specialist contractor on a major data centre project in Hayes, West London.
This is a long-term freelance opportunity overseeing the delivery of a substantial package of multi-trade works on a high-profile data centre development. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating multiple trades.
 
* Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme requirements.
 
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
 
* Monitoring quality, health & safety and overall project performance.
 
* Attending site meetings and providing progress updates.
 
* Managing project documentation through client portals and digital platforms.
 
* Identifying and resolving site issues to maintain programme targets.
Experience

Required:

Candidates should have proven experience managing construction projects and ideally possess knowledge of several of the following disciplines:
 
* Drylining
 
* Decorations
 
* Raised Access Flooring
 
* Tiling
 
* Joinery
Essential Requirements:
 
* Previous experience working as a Site Manager on drywall packages.
 
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
 
* Good level of IT competency, with experience using online project management systems, client portals and construction apps.
 
* Ability to manage multiple work streams and subcontractors simultaneously.
 
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.
