Technically demanding, creatively led, and built. The practice is hiring a Senior System Designer / Solution Architect to hold that standard. The role As Senior System Designer / Solution Architect, you hold design authority for complex AV systems from concept through to handover. The technical architecture is yours to define, defend and deliver, across projects that change shape from one commission to the next.

That means shaping solutions at concept stage, developing schematics and hardware layouts, walking sites, pressure-testing feasibility, and staying with the design until it's commissioned. You'll work alongside acousticians, engineers and creative designers who are strong in their own disciplines and expect the same of yours. What's in it for you Genuine design authority. Your designs become physical spaces the public uses, and the practice promotes from within, so there's a clear route into practice leadership. What you'll do As the Senior System Designer / Solution Architect, you will:
Own the technical structure of projects end to end, from concept through commissioning and handover. Produce hardware layouts, system schematics and technical documentation in AutoCAD. Conduct site surveys and translate findings into practical, buildable solutions. Validate and refine designs against client needs, functionality and feasibility, keeping bills of materials and documentation tight. Contribute technical thinking to proposals, client discussions and the practice's own ways of working.

What you'll bring The successful Senior System Designer / Solution Architect will bring:
Five or more years in AV system design or solution architecture, with work you're proud to show. Strong CAD skills and fluency in AV and technical drawings. Deep familiarity with AV solution design and integration. The organisational discipline to run several technically demanding projects 'll thrive here if You want your judgement trusted.
