The Role – SEN Learning Support Assistant

Qualiteach are looking to recruit a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to work within a specialist PMLD school in Hillingdon. As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis with profound and multiple learning difficulties, complex medical needs, and physical disabilities. The role of the SEN Learning Support Assistant requires a patient, caring and resilient individual who is confident with personal care, sensory learning and assisting students with mobility needs.

The successful SEN Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teachers, therapists and other support staff to ensure students reach their full potential. Experience working as a SEN Learning Support Assistant in a PMLD or complex needs setting is highly desirable.
