The Role – SEN Support Assistant

Qualiteach are currently recruiting for an SEN Support Assistant to work within a specialist SEN school in Hillingdon. As an SEN Support Assistant, you will be supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis across KS1–KS4. The students have a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex needs, therefore strong behaviour management skills are essential. This role requires a dedicated, patient and proactive individual who is confident supporting challenging behaviour and working closely with teachers and therapists to support student progress.
