The role – Behaviour Mentor

A welcoming and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Hillingdon is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a full-time basis. You will work closely with students who require additional behavioural support, helping them to manage emotions, develop coping strategies, and engage positively with learning. This role will involve one-to-one mentoring, small group interventions, and in-class support where needed.

You will work alongside teaching staff, the SEN team, and pastoral leads to promote positive behaviour and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will be calm, patient, and confident in managing challenging situations. Previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting is highly desirable.
