The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant

A supportive mainstream secondary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work within their on-site SEN Unit.

In this role, you will:

* Support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties

* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions

* Assist with personalised learning plans and differentiated resources

* Support emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies

* Work closely with the SENCO, unit staff, and subject teachers

This role requires someone who is proactive, resilient, and passionate about supporting students with additional needs in a structured SEN environment within a mainstream setting.
