* SLD Teacher with UK QTS or QTLS

* SLD Teacher with experience working within an SEN school

* SLD Teacher to teach KS2-5

* SLD Teacher with an enhanced DBS on the update service

The Role – SLD Teacher

The position of the SLD Teacher is for an experience and fully qualified Teacher to work in a complex needs school and teach a mixed class of 6 students aged KS2-5. As an SLD Teacher being confident in the use of visual aids, timetables and picture cards and have familiarity using Makaton and PECs. As an SLD Teacher you will be supported by 2/3 TA’s in the classroom and you will be supporting students within a lot of horticultural studies.

The school is a complex needs school in the London Borough of Hillingdon and caters for 100 students up to 19 years old. The school is an Ofsted rated Outstanding school and has staff parking available onsite.
