The Role – Post-16 Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach are seeking a dedicated Post-16 Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEN school in Hillingdon. This is a full-time, long-term position with an immediate trial available. As a Post-16 Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students aged 16–19 with a range of needs including ASD, SLD and complex learning difficulties. You will assist with life skills, vocational activities, community-based learning, and functional Maths and English.

Personal care and supporting independence will form part of the role. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and external agencies to ensure each learner is fully supported in their transition to adulthood.
