A welcoming and vibrant mainstream primary school in Hayes is seeking a passionate and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join their team from April 2026 or September 2026.

About the Role
As an EYFS Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
* Create a stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment that promotes exploration and independence
* Support early development in communication, language, phonics, early maths, and personal, social and emotional skills
* Observe, assess, and track pupil progress using EYFS assessment frameworks
* Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to support children’s development
* Work collaboratively with EYFS colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leaders
* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Experience teaching within EYFS (Nursery or Reception)
* Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and early child development
* Knowledge of early phonics teaching
* A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching
* Excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
* A reflective practitioner who values teamwork and ongoing development
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
