Teaching Assistant

A SEN primary and secondary school in Hayes is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with complex needs, managing challenging behaviour, and providing personal care.

You must be happy to support children across both primary and secondary settings, and be patient, resilient, and confident working in a specialist environment. Working hours are 08:30 - 16:00.

• Support children with complex needs across primary and secondary settings.
• Manage challenging behaviour and provide personal care.
• Assist with classroom duties in a specialist SEN environment.

• Experience in supporting children with complex needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to remain patient and resilient.
• Suitable qualification for the role and a willingness to attend a face‑to‑face interview.
• Ready to provide an up‑to‑date DBS check or allow Axcis to process one on your behalf.
