As a Year 1 Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting pupils as they transition from the Early Years Foundation Stage into Key Stage

The successful Year 1 Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, planning creative activities and ensuring all pupils are supported to reach their full potential. As a Year 1 Teacher, you will need strong classroom management skills, a patient approach and the ability to adapt your teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities.

The school is looking for a Year 1 Teacher who can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents while maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning. The ideal Year 1 Teacher will be passionate about helping young learners develop their confidence, independence and love of learning. What you need for this Year 1 Teacher role: A UK recognised QTS at Primary School level.
