RG Setsquare is seeking an Engineering Manager for a permanent role at a large Hayes site. You will oversee a team of shift engineers, ensuring processes and statutory compliance are followed, and drive performance improvements across the site.
You will hold AP responsibilities (HV & LV) with expertise in building services, and manage and develop the AP team. The role is Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with benefits and a strong focus on safety and compliance.
