The Role

We’re recruiting a CNC Miller to set, operate and run full simultaneous 5-axis machining centres producing high-precision aerospace components. This is a modern, supportive environment with structured training on hyper

MILL and clear long-term progression.

Machines / Controls

* Full Simultaneous 5-Axis Machining Centres

* Hurco Max5 touch-screen control

What You’ll Be Doing

* Set and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines (full 5-axis simultaneous)

* Support prove-outs, offsets, tooling changes, and job changeovers

* Work to tight tolerances on complex aerospace parts (precision + quality critical)

* Using CAD/CAM to support production (training provided on hyper

MILL)

* Carry out in-process checks and maintain a right-first-time approach

What We Need ideally

* 5-10 years+ years CNC milling experience with either:

*
* 3+2 (positional 5-axis) or

* ideally previous simultaneous 5-axis
       (If not, strong 3rd/4th axis experience as a minimum)

* Some prior CAD/CAM exposure (any system) – enough to learn and develop on hyperMILL

* Able to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances

* Aerospace / precision engineering background ideal
