Night Shifts Bank Hours About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding nursing care to our residents while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Responsibilities Include Delivering high-quality clinical care Administering medication safely Developing and reviewing care plans Monitoring residents health and wellbeing Leading and supporting care staff Liaising with families and healthcare professionals Maintaining accurate clinical records Requirements Valid NMC registration Excellent clinical and communication skills A compassionate and professional approach Ability to work effectively as part of a team Previous nursing home experience is desirable but not essential
