Our client manufactures sweets, savories and ready meals for the aviation catering industry as well as retail, wholesale and food service sectors. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Quality Auditor to join the team at this exciting time.

Role & Responsibilities:

Ensure GMP standards are maintained
Auditing according to BRC requirements
Review out of specification results
Investigate complaints
Verify production paperwork

Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

Experienced with running internal, customer and GMP audits
BRC auditing exposure
High care experience
