Are you looking to start or develop a career in Holiday Home Sales? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Holiday Home Sales Advisor who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and creating opportunities.

This is an exciting role for someone who wants to break into holiday home sales and learn how to generate leads, engage with potential buyers, and ultimately earn commission through successful sales.

Your primary focus will be making pre‑arrival calls to holidaymakers, identifying potential ownership opportunities, generating new leads from our guests, and attending or hosting on‑park events to connect with prospective holiday homeowners. You’ll play a key role in introducing guests to the benefits of holiday home ownership and helping them take the first steps towards becoming owners.

While your day‑to‑day responsibilities will centre around lead generation and customer engagement, you’ll also have the opportunity to showcase our holiday homes and support potential buyers through their ownership journey. If you successfully convert a lead into a sale, you’ll earn commission on top of your salary.

A full driving licence is required due to the nature of the role.

What you’ll be doing

As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for creating opportunities and introducing holidaymakers to the benefits of holiday home ownership.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making pre‑arrival calls to holiday guests to enhance their stay and identify potential ownership interest.
  • Generating new sales leads from holidaymakers staying on the park.
  • Building rapport with guests and creating positive first impressions of holiday home ownership.
  • Hosting and attending on‑park events, owner events, and promotional activities to engage with potential buyers.
  • Arranging appointments and viewings for interested guests.
  • Following up leads and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Supporting prospective buyers throughout their ownership journey.
  • Working towards lead generation and sales targets, with the opportunity to earn commission from completed sales.

This is a highly people‑focused role that combines customer service, relationship building, and sales development. Every conversation is an opportunity to help someone discover the benefits of owning a holiday home.

One more thing… holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on evenings, weekends and bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

First and foremost, you’ll be a confident people person who enjoys starting conversations and building relationships. You’ll be comfortable speaking to guests both over the phone and face‑to‑face, with a natural ability to make people feel welcome and valued.

You’ll be organised, proactive, and motivated by achieving targets. Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential—we’re equally interested in candidates with great customer service skills who are keen to develop a career in holiday home sales.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is confident making outbound calls and approaching guests.
